Judge Napolitano weighed in on the battle over the health care law and the decision facing the three-member appellate court in Atlanta. Napolitano says these appeals court rulings, of which there are approximately seven, are "meaningless" because the issue will likely reach the Supreme Court in 2012 with potential ramifications to the presidential election.
