ObamaCare - The Health Care Insurance Tax

The President continues to stress the importance of creating jobs in the midst of our economic recession. Yet, small business owners, the top job creators, are unwilling to create new positions or add extra costs because of economic uncertainty. Why? Concern about rising healthcare costs under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is one of the top contributors.
