"You and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We will preserve for our children this, the last best hope of man on earth, or we will sentence them to take the first step into a thousand years of darkness. If we fail, at least let our children and our children's children say of us we justified our brief moment here. We did all that could be done."

ObamaCare - Employees to Bear Burden of Health Care Costs?

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), a former Chairman and current member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, today [Aug 12, 2011] applauded the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11 th Circuit ruling in Atlanta that the individual insurance mandate, requiring every American to buy health insurance or pay a fine, is unconstitutional.

“Today’s [Aug 12, 2011] ruling is a victory for both personal liberty and the U.S. Constitution,” said Hatch. “Never before has the federal government forced the American people to purchase something they do not want. The decision by the 11 th Circuit is a strong step forward in restoring the American people’s choice.”
