Presidential candidate, Newt Gingrich expands on the 9th point in his 21st Century Contract with America, which reads:"Restore the proper role of the judicial branch by using the clearly delineated powers available to the president and Congress to correct, limit, or replace judges who violate the Constitution."
In this video, Newt cites The Federalist Papers and the Founding Fathers to show that we have the power to limit and even abolish Federal Courts as a check on their power. He encourages each American to be with him to restore the judicial branch to its rightful place--"the weaker of the three co-equal branches."
