A fifth-generation native of Janesville, Wisconsin, Paul Ryan has represented the First Congressional District since 1998, carrying forth Wisconsin’s proud tradition of hard-working, reform-minded leadership in the House of Representatives. Serving as Chairman of the House Budget Committee, Paul is a leading voice for fiscal discipline and accountability in the federal government.
