At What Point Can The Administration Refuse Compliance With A Congressional Subpoena?

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, discusses the constitutional authority of Congress when issuing a lawfully issued subpoena to the Executive Branch during a Full Committee hearing entitled,
