Can Gov. Rick Perry Win Against President Obama?

Top advisers to Texas Governor Rick Perry say he's 50/50 on whether to seek the GOP nomination for 2012, but in a speech this weekend before the Republican leadership conference, Perry was very clear about Republican party values and how the Obama administration is mishandling the nation. But should he decide to run, is Perry the candidate the GOP has been waiting for and can he beat President Obama?
