Darrell Issa (R-CA), Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, answers questions regarding ATF's 'Project Gunrunner', the Committee's role in investing 'Project Gunrunner', and the issuance of a subpoena to the ATF for documents relating to 'Project Gunrunner' and 'Operation Fast and Furious'.
