"You and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We will preserve for our children this, the last best hope of man on earth, or we will sentence them to take the first step into a thousand years of darkness. If we fail, at least let our children and our children's children say of us we justified our brief moment here. We did all that could be done."

Michelle Malkin - Judge Throws Out Obama Admin Regs Slowing Fuel Exploration

Last week, a Federal judge in Wyoming ruled in favor of oil and gas companies who are challenging the administration. The court is agreeing with the oil companies that the Obama administration went too far in slowing down fuel exploration in this case. Why is this significant?

Michelle Malkin says, "This administration has continued to legislate behind closed doors without any public comment or review trumping congressional laws and doing it in a way that is arbitrary, capricious and contrary to the rule of law."

When it comes U.S. Interior Secretary Ken Salazar standing in the way of permits to oil and gas companies, Joshua Block, fmr. Gore/Liberman campaign spokesperson, says, "This effort may itself may have not been right, but underlying that effort I think is the White House's effort to make sure the economy gets going, that we create some jobs. The oil and gas industry that's making hundreds of billions in profit every year is behaving responsibly. That's what the American people want to see."
