Philadelphia Mayor Condemns Violent Flash Mobs

Mayor Nutter of Philadelphia's response to black children going around being violent hooligans i.e., savages attacking innocent people.

Mayor Michael Nutter announces Philadelphia's coordinated response to recent violent flash mobs. As part of the city's response, weekend curfew for minors will be changed to 9 pm in targeted areas of Center City and University City.
