When Obama began his 'Grinning and Bowing' Doctrine to ensure World Peace and was ridiculed and laughed at by World leaders, Obama became enraged at World leaders.

Obama resents the American Citizens and World leaders that do NOT accept him as the 'Anointed One' that can solve all of the problems in the World with a 'Grin and Bow' or ill informed and amateurish solutions to complex problems.

CZARS - Obama's Method to Bypass Congress:

The ObamaSpeak term 'Czar', has little if anything to do with the original meaning of the word 'Czar' and must be understood by function and NOT by definition.

Any Czar appointment by Obama effectively bypasses Congress or any other oversight and leaves decision-making and operational decisions in the hands of Barack Obama through 'Executive Orders' and 'Administrative Directives', which is the primary reason for Czar appointments.

There is 'Nothing New' under the Sun and this approach was used about 70 years ago in Germany.

The German Socialist term 'Führerprinzip' and its intended function, reveals the intended operational purpose of the ObamaCzar.

This approach is basically a 'Hierarchical' structure where someone is appointed directly and has the sole responsibility of oversight of a particular function i.e. 'Oil Spill Czar', with little interaction with anyone other than Barack Obama.

Obama Czars will become a labyrinth that is extremely difficult to deal with or dismantle and is probably the most dangerous and Unconstitutional thing accomplished by Barack Obama - SO FAR.

Understanding the principle of Führerprinzip (Obama Czars).

The philosophy of this system is that each organization is seen as a hierarchy of leaders, where every leader (Führer, in German) has absolute responsibility in his/her own area, and complete subordination to Barack Obama.

This idea is based on the function of military organizations where it is still used today.

Economy - Obama's Record:

1) First U.S. Debt Downgrade in American History.
2) Highest Level of Federal Spending since WWII (25% of GDP).
3) Highest Budget Deficit since WWII (10% of GDP).
4) Lowest level of Employment since 1983 (58.1% of Adults Working).
5) Highest Long Term Unemployment Rates since the 1930's (45.9% of Total Unemployed for Six Months or Longer).
6) Median Income Is At Its Lowest Level Since 1997.
7) Number Of People (over 16) Who Didn’t Work At All Last Year Increased To 86.7 Million.
8) Number Of Americans Living In Poverty (46.2 Million) the Highest Level On Record.
9) Child poverty rose from 20.7 percent in 2009 to 22 percent last year.
10) Economy added no jobs in August the first time since February, 1945.
11)More than 43 million Americans receive food stamp assistance, or about 14 percent of the population or 1 in 7 Americans.
12) US housing market passed a grim milestone in the first quarter of 2011, posting a further deterioration that means the fall in house prices is now greater than that suffered during the Great Depression.

A young Border Patrol agent Bryan Terry was killed after 15 Months of the Obama-Holder 'Fast and Furious Campaign' aka 'Project Gun Runner' - Barack Obama claims that just because he is 'Chief Executive Officer' of the ATF, doesn't mean he should be held responsible - Is Responsibility 'Only For' CEO's of Corporations NOT CEO's of Government agencies?

“While the reckless disregard for safety that took place in Operation Fast and Furious certainly merits changes within the Department of Justice, the Oversight and Government Reform Committee will continue its investigation to ensure that blame isn’t offloaded on just a few individuals for a matter that involved much higher levels of the Justice Department.

There are still many questions to be answered about what happened in Operation Fast and Furious and who else bears responsibility, but these changes are warranted and offer an opportunity for the Justice Department to explain the role other officials and offices played in the infamous efforts to allow weapons to flow to Mexican drug cartels.

I also remain very concerned by Acting Director Melson’s statement that the Department of Justice is managing its response in a manner intended to protect its political appointees. Senator Grassley and I will continue to press the Department of Justice for answers in order to ensure that a reckless effort like Fast and Furious does not take place again.”
