I have heard many times, over the last few weeks that the OWS protests are exposing the Republicans for their lack of compassion for the so called 99% who feel the rich are hoarding all the money just so they can live lavish lifestyles at the expense of the hard working poor.
What really makes an assessment like this hard to swallow, is hearing and seeing who is involved with the protests. How many celebrities have we seen so far come out in support of the OWS. It’s easy for them to come out to the cold, wet streets, moving around the piles of garbage, wading through the rank smell of human waste emanating from all corners of the streets and parks.
They’ll give a few speeches, shake a few hand, (then hopefully wash those hands) seek out a few news reporters so they can get the exposure of being the compassionate celebrity. These hypocrites have one goal. They wish to gain the label of being on the side of the poor. Then of course they jet off to their lavish homes, pat themselves on the backs, and open a bottle of not so cheap champagne to celebrate their compassion.
What seems to be happening is not that they are exposing the Republicans, or even Democrats for that matter. Not in the general sense anyway, but exposing the Liberals who are in support of the Democratic Party. Bring on the Communist Party, Nazi Party, Socialist Party, Hugo Chavez, Ahmadinejad and other radical leftist organizations and supporters, and the American people are being exposed to the vilest anti-American group to have infested this country collectively as we have ever seen.
It shows once and for all what the left stands for and who is supporting their radical agenda against the way of life that made this country great.
I do a lot of blogging on many websites and hear all the time that people and organizations that come out against OWS are just afraid because some how the right is being exposed as I already mentioned once as heartless Capitalists who have no care in the world for those who suffer.
What would Ann Coulter, Shawn Hannity, Michelle Malkin, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, FOX News, Human Events, Town Hall or any right leaning organization have to be afraid of? The three best things that could have happened to this country during these tough times in America, is one, the Election of Barack Obama, two, the rise of the Tea Party and three, the OWS protests.
First, with the election of a radical leftist who fooled so many independents and even some Republicans who were desperate to see real hope and change, in the sense of what he ran on and stood for; Transparency, bi-partisan politics, bringing the American people together and getting rid of politics as usual in Washington.
What he delivered was the complete opposite. His election brought exposure to the lefts real agenda and the grassroots rise of the American people. That and the help of a very Liberal Congress lead by Nancy Pelosi and Harry Read. Pelosi of course was the mouth piece for calling for the draining of the swamp that was a corrupt Congress. What she did instead was to encourage the swamp stink and continue politics as usual, and even unusual at times like stating that a massive 2000 plus page bill must be passed first in order for us to know what was in the monstrosity of legislation redistribution. It took that grass roots uprising to clean part of the swamp through peaceful Constitutional means.
Second, was the rise of the Tea Party. As much as the left attempted to demonize the Tea Party, people gathered all over the country in very peaceful rallies with a clear message; small government, stop the spending, balance the budget and keep our military strength. It brought families together who once felt alone, and now have reason to hope for real change. These people were from all walks of life and all ethnic backgrounds and political affiliations. Men, women, children, young, middle aged, elderly, all gathered together for a common goal. They were looking for the kind of desperate change that has been needed for many years, not just from 2008. When Obama showed his true colors after being sworn in as President, many who voted for him felt betrayed. His message did not match his actions. The oath he took to protect and defend the United States Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, went to the wayside and it seemed the enemy was the one and only POTUS with the help of some radical appointees. Thanks to that uprising, the American people accomplished the largest shift in electoral power in the House of Representatives in more than 70 years. November 2nd. 2010 is now in the history books. Well, I guess it might be in history books if we ever get rid of the DOE and it’s Liberal agenda.
Many large and small rallies sprung up all over the country. And many were organized and planned in different areas and even under different names. Not as a smoke screen, but because the Tea Party Movement was just that, a movement, not a party. The 912ers, were involved, as well as others. Some were more political based and some were religious in nature. But everyone got along, sang, prayed, talked, camped, ate, played and taught. When all was said and done at each and every rally, it ended with hugs, well wishes and a collective effort to clean the places where they assembled……. and zero arrests to end on a positive note where people went away feeling a sense of accomplishment and security in knowing many people from all walks shared their same views.
Third was the rise of the OWS. At first glance, it just looked like a few angry people who decided to protest something they didn't understand. When it began to grow, it was apparent who these people were, and 700 arrests later in one city, really showed the low class children who are most likely descendents of the 60's radicals who then went on to have their own children and taught them the same vulgar anti-American sentiments they were brought up with. Now it stands at over 1000 arrests, and in some cities such as Seattle, the protesters are refusing to leave an area that is causing the city problems and costing over $100,000 so far and growing. Now they are demanding that the Seattle city Mayor give them City Hall for their shelter. This demand was given to the same Democratic Mayor Mike McGinn, who just a day or two prior, made an appearance and gave a speech in support of their efforts.
Now the mask is really beginning to peal, and the left is getting the only exposure it deserves. I see and hear many people who look to polls for their confirmation and justification that their actions mirror the sentiments of the majority of Americans. The more these polls show in their favor, the viler they become, and other radical organizations begin to emerge in support. These polls however are skewed to the desired results by the smoke and mirror questions. Here’s an example of how the left will phrase poll questions in order to get their desired results.
First, here's the question on Occupy Wall St.:
Q11. IN THE PAST FEW DAYS, A GROUP OF PROTESTORS HAS BEEN GATHERING ON WALL STREET IN NEW YORK CITY AND SOME OTHER CITIES TO PROTEST POLICIES WHICH THEY SAY FAVOR THE RICH, THE GOVERNMENT’S BANK BAILOUT, AND THE INFLUENCE OF MONEY IN OUR POLITICAL SYSTEM. IS YOUR OPINION OF THESE PROTESTS VERY FAVORABLE, SOMEWHAT FAVORABLE, SOMEWHAT UNFAVORABLE, VERY UNFAVORABLE, OR DON’T YOU KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT THE PROTESTS TO HAVE AN OPINION?
This states the views of the Occupy Wall St. crowd in as sympathetic a way as possible -- even most conservatives and libertarians opposed the Wall St. bailout and the type of crony capitalism that comes with mixing money and politics. This is not the controversial aspect of Occupy Wall Street.
Yet here's how the Tea Party question is phrased:
Q8. ON ANOTHER ISSUE, IS YOUR OPINION OF THE TEA PARTY MOVEMENT VERY FAVORABLE, SOMEWHAT FAVORABLE, SOMEWHAT UNFAVORABLE, VERY UNFAVORABLE, OR DON’T YOU KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT THE TEA PARTY TO HAVE AN OPINION?
So, while the "Occupy Wall Street" question is phrased in a sympathetic manner, the Tea Party question just mentions the name "Tea Party," which has been associated with partisan fighting for over two years now. Had pollsters approached the Tea Party question in the same way as the Occupy Wall Street one, they may have written something such as: "Do you support the movement that opposes the Wall Street bailouts, thinks Washington has gotten too big and powerful, and wants to lawmakers to respect America's founding Constitutional principles?" That clearly would have made respondents view the Tea Party more favorably.
Now we see groups who bring no doubts at all that this is nothing but an anti-American protest with the Liberals on the front stage leading the charge of the Communists, Nazi's, Socialists, radical Muslims, tyrannical dictators and others who clearly see America as a threat to Socialism and dictatorial rule.
These polls may fuel the protests, but when questions are asked correctly, the results are far different and this movement is exposing the left just in time for the next election cycle for real Americans to protest in the way given to us by the Founders……… at the polls.
These three elements that have been formed within a three year period seem to fit in line with what is needed in America. The election of Barack Hussein Obama awakened a sleeping giant. The rise of the Tea Party Movement is the constant alarm clock that keeps Americans awake, and the OWS is the reminder message of who we elected in 2008 and why it's imperative we elect strict Conservatives to bring America back to the Founding Values and Principals that made America the greatest, strongest, most feared and respected freedom loving country on earth.
