The Herman Cain campaign is getting creative in how they are explaining Cain's 9-9-9 plan to the country. The latest? A movie about 9-9-9, starring the tax code monster, the dorky tax code monster, slaves, the 82,000 page tax code, Herman Cain, Barack Obama, the IRS and more.
