The Barack Obama BAIPA and Abortion Record.

What exactly is the difference between murdering a child and allowing a child who has lived through an abortion attempt, is breathing on it's own and separated from the birth mother, to die of shock, thirst and starvation in excruciating pain, screaming and sobbing in terror for help?



Two questions that Every American Citizen should ask themselves:

1. 'When exactly does a baby alive and breathing on its own and separated from its birth Mother become an American Citizen?'
2. When does a baby born in America have Constitutional 'Rights and Protections' guaranteed by the Constitution and Bill of Rights - especially the 'Right to Life'?

What is the 'BAIPA':

BAIPA stands for 'Born Alive Infant Protection Act'.
In 2002, President George W. Bush signed into law a bill titled the "Born Alive Infants Protection Act" (BAIPA) that was supported by Senators John Kerry, Ted Kennedy and Hillary Clinton and received a unanimous bi-partisan vote (97-0) in the U.S. Senate.

The reason for the enactment of the BAIPA Bill, it was found that 'Babies' who survived abortions (estimated at 100 to 600 per year Nationally) were being treated as medical waste and placed on a tray and left to die by 'Pain Shock', thirst or starvation. As a Illinois State Senator Barack Obama voted NO 4 times against a similar bill proposed in the Illinois Legislature and later as Chairman of the Illinois State Senate committee Barack Obama did NOT allow the 'Bill' to come to a vote.
As a Presidential Candidate, Barack Obama denied these charges and stated that it was a 'Lie' and a smear campaign designed to ruin his Candidacy.

After overwhelming evidence that the charges were True, (especially after a New York Times Article), Barack Obama recanted and said that 'HE WAS THE ONE' who had mis-represented his position on the 'BAIPA' bill in Illinois, which had the exact same wording as the 'BAIPA' bill passed and signed into law by the U.S. Congress and President Bush.

Barack Obama stated his reasoning behind opposing the Illinois 'BAIPA' bill was that there were already laws against murder and he was convinced that the 'BAIPA' bill was a conspiracy to try and render 'ALL' abortions illegal.

Barack Obama has a long history of lying about his 'Agenda' and the Barack Obama 'Philosophy' of NOT spending any money on those who will 'Die Anyway'. This has been consistent throughout Barack Obama's personal life, political career and exemplified in the 'Death Panels' in ObamaCare.

Barack Obama Supports 'Most Heinous' Types of Abortion:

Partial Birth and Late Term Abortion
In 1997, Obama voted in the Illinois Senate against SB 230, a bill designed to prevent partial-birth abortions.
Obama strongly criticized the Supreme Court decision (Gonzales v. Carhart, 550 U.S. 124 (2007), a United States Supreme Court case that upheld the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003.

1. Guided by ultrasound, the abortionist grabs the baby's legs with forceps and pulls the babies leg(s) out with forceps.
2. The abortionist delivers the baby's entire body, except for the head.
3. The abortionist jams scissors into the baby's skull. The scissors are then opened to enlarge the skull.
4. The scissors are removed and a suction catheter is inserted. The child's brains are sucked out, causing the skull to collapse. The dead baby is then removed.
   

In a 2004 Michelle Obama sent out a fund raising letter (e-mail) asking those receiving the letter to attend a $150 plate lunch in support of her husband Barack Obama, whom Michelle Obama said would "work tirelessly" to make sure that this "legitimate medical procedure" would not be stopped by the "Cynical Ploys" of right wing extremists.

"He (Barack Obama) came to me and said: 'My members are being attacked. We need to figure out a way to protect members and to protect women,' " said Sutherland in recounting her conversation with Obama. "A 'present' vote was hard to pigeonhole which is exactly what Obama wanted." Pam Sutherland VP Planned Parenthood Illinois

"What it did," she continued, "was give cover to moderate Democrats who wanted to vote with us but were afraid to do so" because of how their votes would be used against them electorally. "A 'present' vote would protect them. Your senator voted 'present.' Most of the electorate is not going to know what that means."

While Sutherland was happy to give Obama latitude in voting "present," rather than "no," she was quick to note that "it's also not a 'yes' vote."

As reported by The Wall Street Journal, some of the specific abortion votes in question include two occasions in 1997 (HB 382 and SB 230) when he voted "present" on bills which would have prohibited a procedure referred to by its critics as "partial-birth abortion." In 2001, he voted "present" on two parental notification abortion bills (HB 1900 and SB 562), and he voted "present" on a series of bills (SB 1093, 1094, 1095) that sought to protect a child if he or she survived a failed abortion.

"Obama made sure those bills got as few votes as possible for passage," said Pam Sullivan.

NOTE: Barack Obama voted 127 times as a Senator from Illinois, attempting to hide his true voting record.

Other Barack Obama Abortion Issues

Abortion Doctor Charged With Murder in Horrifying Story:

Authorities say a patient and seven babies were murdered in a west Philadelphia abortion clinic which 69-year-old Kermit Gosnell operated for more than 30 years.

Late-Term Abortion Arrests in Baltimore - December 2011:

Dr. Steven Brigham, of Voorhees, N.J., was taken into custody and is being held in the Camden County jail, according to police in Elkton, Md. Authorities also arrested Dr. Nicola Riley in Salt Lake City and she is in jail in Utah. Each is awaiting an extradition hearing. The investigation began in August 2010 after what authorities say was a botched procedure at Brigham’s clinic in Elkton, located near the border of Maryland and Delaware.

A search of the clinic after the botched abortion revealed a freezer containing 35 late-term fetuses, including one believed to have been aborted at 36 weeks, the documents show.

Brigham, 55, is charged with five counts of first-degree murder, five counts of second-degree murder and one count of conspiracy. Riley, 46, faces one count each of first- and second-degree murder and one conspiracy count.

Gianna Jessen - Survivor of Botched Abortion - Born Alive:

Barack Obama voted four times against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act which would have granted protection to children who survived abortion, those like Gianna Jessen (born April 6, 1977, Los Angeles, California) and who is now a recording artist and pro-life activist who is a saline abortion survivor.

The instillation abortion was carried out when the biological mother was 30 weeks (7½ months) pregnant.

The abortion procedure failed, and Jessen was born alive and premature, with severe injury that resulted in physical atrophy and cerebral palsy.

Jessen's biological parents, each aged 17, placed Jessen for adoption shortly after her birth.
