Sen. Johnson - 'Not the federal government's role' to hire state, local public workers

Wisconsin Republican Sen. Ron Johnson told The Daily Caller that President Barack Obama is "fundamentally wrong" to call for Congress to pay for the hiring of state and local public employees because "it's not the federal government's role."
