Story of an amazing young girl who was bullied in middle school for being told she's 'not acting her skin color', to becoming Miss Teen USA. Logan West sits down with FNC's Gretchen Carlson, to discuss her story of overcoming the struggles of being bullied and turning it into a positive state-wide program, now being utilized by many of the schools throughout Connecticut.
