IRS Targets Tea Party - Jenny Beth Martin

Barack Obama's first response to anything negative about his decisions, policies and solutions is 'Blame Shifting' - in fact a new term has been coined especially for Barack Obama's constant finger pointing - "throwing someone under the bus".

Barack Obama claims he 'Knew Nothing' about this which makes him either incompetent, a liar or most likely both.
