Anne from PA - TSA Humiliates Mom

John Pistole apparently isn't aware that "WE the People" have the US Constitution that PROTECTS our right against UNLAWFUL SEARCH and seizure.

It's the 4th Amendment, which says...

"The right of the people to be secure in their PERSONS, houses, papers, and effects, AGAINST UNREASONABLE SEARCH AND SEIZURES, SHALL NOT BE VIOLATED, and NO WARRANT shall issue, BUT UPON PROBABLE CAUSE, supported by oath or
affirmation, and PARTICULARLY DESCRIBING THE PLACE TO BE SEARCHED, AND THE PERSONS OT THINGS TO BE SEIZED."

Every time an airline passenger "person" is searched without "probable cause" (and no search warrant) all of our Constitutionally guaranteed RIGHTS are VIOLATED.

And further, apparently the Transportation Security Administration Administrator, John Pistole, isn't aware that NONE of the enhanced procedures are accomplishing anything they "claim" they do.

EACH and EVERY time anyone goes through any TSA security at ANY US airport, "We the People" should have on hand a copy of the 4th Amendment, and DEMAND the TSA agent produce a warrant showing PROBABLE CAUSE.
