Out-of-state students to pay 58% more than illegals at MSCD as the school attempts to 'reach out' to the Latino community of illegal students. Daily Caller Reporter, Michelle Fields sits down with FNC's Neil Cavuto as they discuss the reasons behind this obviously unfair tuition discount rate for students who are here illegally in this country.
