Anne from PA - Rep. Kelly's Rousing Floor Speech Receives Standing Ovation and Chants of "USA!"

Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) gave an impassioned floor speech on Thursday (7/26/12), in which he explained that there are many colors of tape available, but red tape is by far the most expensive for American businessmen. Rarely has the point been made with such reason, sincerity, and energy.
