Crystal Wright - Why Black Conservatives Are Liberals’ Worst Nightmare

I’m not writing about Rep. Don Young (R-Alaska) calling illegal Mexican workers “wet backs” despite liberals demanding I, as a Conservative Black Chick, “respond to his racist comment.” Instead, I'm writing about liberals calling me a coon, Baap B*ch, and c*nt. You know, the under reported story of liberals vicious attacks on black conservatives.

Since Dr. Ben Carson uncorked himself as a black conservative during his speech at the White House Prayer breakfast, he’s been called an “Uncle Tom” and mocked by MSNBC Toure as having “intellectual tumors in his mind.” And of course civil rights attorney Leo Terrell, who told Sean Hannity “Carson is [a] monster...and should stay in the operating room.”

Agitated by the vitriol hurled at Carson, one of the world’s preeminent pediatric neurosurgeons, I thought it was timely to remind everyone that Carson, though a new face to the movement, certainly isn’t the only black conservative to be assailed by the left. On a daily basis, black Janes and Joes are verbally abused for choosing to call themselves Republican or conservative.

Here’s a little sampling of some the hate emails I receive regularly for choosing to exercise my First Amendment right as a BLACK, conservative woman. (Note emails haven’t been altered to correct spelling.)

“Are you one of Ann Coulter's good n**gers? She said their n**gers were better than the democtratic n**gers. Do you agree with that racist?”

And this. . .

“You are a wicked little Baap B*tch.Uttering you hatred for Black Men and our people at the .T.E.A. Party rallies(Tyrranical .Evil Aryan Party and at the C.PA.C. Conservative Political Aaction Committee.WE hope that all Wickedly Beautiful Baap Women Like you Litteraly burn in Hell.”

All the attacks on black conservatives are usually limited to name-calling, and never about policy differences. The left relentlessly calls black conservatives crude names to belittle us into silence, tame us into submission, and intimidate those of us in the closet from coming out. Message: know thy black place.

Why this rabid hate from the left? Because black conservatives challenge the stereotypical black box liberals have put blacks in. According to liberals, blacks must vote Democrat because of the color of their skin. When was the last time anyone demanded to know why a white person voted Democrat or Republican?

The more black conservatives talk about policies of opportunity, individualism, smaller government and less taxation, the more black Americans start questioning why they are voting for Democrats in the first place. They begin asking themselves what have Democrats done for blacks that has been so great?

In a nutshell, black conservatives get other blacks thinking; they awaken the beast within: political choice! This scares the hell out of Democrats because people like Dr. Carson with national exposure dismantle liberal policies of government-based success. Black conservatives threaten to chip away at Democrats’ loyal “Uncle Tom” voter base—the over 90% of blacks who voted for Obama twice and like a herd of sheep have remained loyal to Democrats for the past forty-plus years. In return blacks have witnessed diminished wealth compared to their white counterparts, lower high school graduation rates, and over 70% out of wedlock birth rate compared to 23% in 1964.

Juan Williams wrote recently in the Wall Street Journal that according to Justice Department data from 1980-2008, “ blacks were six times more likely as whites to be homicide victims and seven times more likely as whites to kill.” One could say black Democrats better define the dutiful slave Uncle Tom in Harriet Beecher Stowe’s “Uncle Tom’s Cabin” because he followed his master’s orders and never thought for himself.

Crystal Wright - Tom Joyner says Redskins Coach is a Slave Master

I get tired of writing about stupid racist comments made by people of so-called fame or political importance. One would think in this day and age, individuals would know better. But my sensibilities are particularly offended when the mainstream media doesn’t apply the same standard of fingering wagging to blacks when they utter racial obscenities, as members of the press do when whites do.

Black Syndicated radio host Tom Joyner of the popular Tom Joyner Morning Show thinks Washington Redskins coach Mike Shanahan is a modern day slave owner. Yes, you heard me correctly. During Joyner’s January 7th broadcast, Joyner expressed displeasure at Shanahan for forcing Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III to continue to play with an injured knee in Sunday’s game against the Seahawks.

Laughing throughout the discussion with his sidekicks, Joyner compared Shanahan to the Mississippi plantation owner Calvin Candy, who Leonardo DiCaprio plays in the movie Django Unchained, directed by Quentin Tarantino. “He’s as bad as the mean white man in Django,” declared Joyner. Mr. Candy is cold-hearted slave owner with a lust for Mandingo fighting, where slaves were forced to fight to the death like dogs or roosters used in animal fighting. “If you saw the movie, just like DiCaprio had the Mandingos fighting in the room. That’s what he did. That’s what he did to RG3,” said Joyner.

Let’s be crystal clear. What Joyner is saying is Shanahan looks at Robert Griffin III (also referred to as RG3) as nothing more than a piece of “black property” he owns and is willing to quite literally “play to his death.” Shanahan has white players. Are they slaves too? One of Joyner’s sidekicks on the program said Shanahan may as well have told RG3, “Keep fighting, negroes!” Joyner laughed and added that by putting RG3 back in the game after his knee injury, Shanahan was saying “you did a good job n--word.”

All I could think about when I heard the audio of Joyner’s comments is how INCENSED the media would be if an equally popular radio host Rush Limbaugh said something similar like “Wow, Robert Griffin III acted like Django the way he tore up that field.” I can assure you the mainstream liberal leaning press would have howled for an apology from Rush, demanded advertisers pull their support from Rush’s show and so on.

Joyner’s racist comments in and of themselves are bad enough but equally as stomach curdling is his erroneous story telling about what transpired during Sunday’s game. According to the Washington Post, team physicians didn’t bar Griffin from playing the Redskins Sunday’s game against the Seahawks, contrary to Joyner’s claim.

After injuring his knee Sunday, Griffin insisted he wanted to continue to play, team doctors okayed it so Shanahan put him back in the game, “I’m not going to take the chance on his career to win a game,” he said. But Joyner didn’t bother to mention these facts in his rant about Shanahan “the slave master.”

When I did an Internet search for Joyner’s comments, the only mention was a tweet by theRootDC. The lack of media outrage at Joyner’s disparaging remarks about Shanahan and MSNBC Political Commentator Toure’s Romney “n-ggerization of Obama” comments last year suggests because of slavery and civil rights injustices wrought against black Americans, blacks get a bigotry pass.

I wonder what Tom Joyner would say if Mike Shanahan joked “When Joyner told blacks they should re-elect Obama because he’s black, Joyner reminded me of Mr. Candie’s dutiful head slave Stephen in the movie Django.” Seems to me we, including the media, should apply the same standards of decency to all Americans regardless of race. What’s good for the goose should be good for the gander.

Lurita Doan - Do Democrats Own The Terms 'Racism" and "Lying"?

Democrats have run a number on Republicans.

They have skillfully captured certain words in the American lexicon and redefined them, applying Democrat-themed meanings for the specific purpose of cowing Republicans into silence and submission. I have watched the escalation of this vocabulary abuse for almost a decade, and I am sorry to say, this particular Democrat scheme is working.

Republicans seem afraid to speak the unvarnished truth about Democrat party leaders for fear of reprisals in the mainstream media, an organization that has repeatedly proved that it is indisputably in the tank for Barack Obama.

What are Republicans afraid to say?

Republicans seem afraid to say that Barack Obama, 44th president of the United States, seems to be a racist and a liar whose clumsy, inexperienced efforts at leadership have put our nation’s economy and our citizens’ safety in jeopardy and has proven incompetent and unfit for office.

Meanwhile, Democrats seem quite comfortable throwing labels of “racism” and “lying” about freely when they attack Republicans, comfortable in the knowledge that no Republican dare do the same. With full support and acquiescence from a compromised media that long ago lost its objectivity, charges of “racism” and “lying” have morphed into an Orwellian fog, becoming purely political terms to browbeat Republicans, allowing Democrat leaders to dodge the discussion of tough issues.

Americans have seen “racist” tendencies from Democrats who reflexively jump to the assumption that any white Republican who disagrees with Obama’s failed policies is doing so because Obama is a Black man. Meanwhile, many Democrats openly support Obama for the simple reason that he is Black. Furthermore, Obama’s surrogates are quick to circle the wagons and level accusations of “racism” should anyone point out their obvious, raced-based prejudices.

When Obama was elected president by a majority of Americans, it sure seemed that the race-baiting which went on during the 2008 campaign would finally have to be put to rest. But, in the past three years since Obama’s election, the “racist” moniker seems to be flung about with even more frequency than before the election.

In addition, too many Democrats have shown that they do not understand the definition of racism and, instead, seems to think that racism is a one-way street—that it only exists as a White against Black issue. In reality, any person who immediately assumes that a person’s actions towards them are solely based on one’s ethnic origin may be exhibiting symptoms of racism.

Still, almost anyone who criticizes Obama and the Democrats’ failed policies is labeled as a “racist”. When Black Republicans, such as me, criticize the president’s failed policies, Democrats know that the “racist” moniker won’t work, so instead, we are attacked as “traitors to our race”, or the media tries to portray us as stupid or corrupt.

But if a president’s policies are bad, if they fail to achieve their objectives (such as Cash for Clunkers, Cash for Caulkers, green energy investment initiatives, the “summer of recovery” or the Stimulus) is it really “racist” to criticize the policy or to think that the American people deserve better—even if the policy is advocated by a Black man? Is it “racist” to criticize the president because he has failed to submit a viable budget to congress for the past four years, or just incompetence on the part of the president?

The president also seems to be a liar. According to Webster, a liar is “a person who tells lies”, who deliberately “makes an untrue statement with the intent to deceive; to create a false or misleading impression.”

Isn’t that exactly what Obama has done when he says: he didn’t really know or hear the Rev. Jeremiah Wright preach anti-American sentiments, or when he writes about events that are patently untrue in his autobiography, Dreams of My Father, or when Obama deliberately tells lies about Romney and Bain Capital, or when Obama deliberately lies about the debt ceiling, or when Obama tries to claim the attack on the U.S. embassy in Libya was not terrorism?

What about other Democrat leaders? Such as when Harry Reid claims that Mitt Romney didn’t pay his taxes? Or when Eric Holder says he knew nothing about Fast and Furious? Or when Elizabeth Warren claims she is part Native American so she can game a hiring system which is tilted in favor of quotas and minorities?

In the past three and a half years, Republicans have worn out the pages of the thesaurus looking for euphemisms for lying. Republican punditry, speeches and writings are chock full of alternatives: mislead, mischaracterize, misrepresent, untruth, misspeak, prevaricate, fabricate, story, taradiddle, fairy tale, inaccurate, falsehoods, dishonest, distortion, whopper, canard, deceit, stretching the truth.

Supposedly, according to Republican “strategists”, using the word “lie” is too direct, too brutal, too hostile and might coarsen the dialogue between political parties. Using the word “liar”, they contend, would lead to vicious attacks from the mainstream media and would cause Republicans to lose respect or votes or the moral high ground. But, I would hate to hear what these Republican pundits think is too coarse or too harsh, if they think that the attacks from Democrat leaders over the past few years have been friendly banter.

When did our country slip so far, fall so low, that we have become so handcuffed by political correctness that we are unable to call a thing by its true name? Socrates understood that watering down one’s language does not change the truth or make it more palatable, just more confusing.

Our founding fathers understood that too. Our founding fathers were some of the most courageous and least politically correct folks of their century (think Ben Franklin).

Their willingness to speak the truth as they saw it may be one of the reasons why they had the courage to attack tyranny and hypocrisy and hold up the flawed policies of a greedy and ignorant king for the world to see, and in doing so, lay the foundations for the greatest free government in the history of the world.

Republicans need to stop being cowed by rants of “racism” and they need to stop trying to find ways to soften the reality of Obama’s widespread and repeated deceptions.

Perhaps Wednesday’s debate might be a great place to start.

Crystal Wright - MSNBC Allows Black Commentator Toure to Use N-Word to Describe Romney

Vice-President Biden tells blacks, Romney’s “gonna put y’all back in chains.” Mitt Romney accuses Obama of running a campaign of “anger and division.” Then MSNBC host Toure [see video below] charges Romney with engaging in the “niggerization” of Obama. WHAT? As my black father (note emphasis) said, “That’s the most unintellectual thing I’ve ever heard. Is he [Toure] making up words” ?

Toure’s making up words and spinning fiction! (Evidently, that’s what a former musical journalist turned political pundit does.) If Biden had included the “n-word” in his me (white) versus “you blacks” statement, Toure may have expressed mild outrage at the remarks. But since Biden serves our black president, Toure doesn’t consider Biden’s comments the “niggerization” of blacks.

Nigger or any derivative thereof is the basest, most racially charged word to call a black person or casually throw around and being black doesn’t give a person special permission to use it. Perhaps Toure has never been called the word nigger, otherwise he would not have uttered it with such ease on national television or have had the audacity to accuse Mitt Romney of engaging in “racial coding” which is code for racist politics.

Now that it’s become clear President Obama can’t run on a record of economic success, Democrats like Toure will resort to the only thing they have left in their arsenal, the Obama race card. Finally, on the stump, Romney is fighting back against Obama’s dirty campaign of lies and distortion.

Romney said: “His campaign and his surrogates have made wild and reckless accusations that disgrace the office of the presidency. This is what an angry and desperate presidency looks like. Mr. President take your campaign of division, anger and hate back to Chicago.”

There is nothing untrue in Romney’s comments. As Michael Gerson wrote , “the demonization of Romney is a main element of its strategy, pursued by Obama’s closest associates and former employees.” Gerson reminds us Obama has engaged in racial pandering, intimidated Republican donors, and accused Romney of killing Joe Spotic’s wife, “which represents the crossing of an ethical line.”

Whether you are Romney or any other American, this looks like a campaign led by an “angry and desperate president,” sinking to new lows to win. Obama has been dividing America since he took office. This is why it’s shocking Toure falsely charged Romney of using “racial coding” to try to paint Obama as the stereotypical “angry black man.”

Obama has waged wars on class, gender, religion, and sexuality and now race. He doesn’t look like the “Black Jesus” of 2008, seeking to heal America or the “no-drama Obama, as Toure described him as.

Toure’s accusations were wildly irresponsible. Obama is “angry” because he’s failed miserably at being president but feels he deserves a second term just because of the color of his skin.

Toure went on to say: “This is part of the playbook against Obama. . .This is niggerization, you are not one of us and that you are like the scary black man, we are trained to fear.”

“This is typical GOP politics, Toure added, the “all white party that rejects the black vote.” No, Toure, the GOP isn’t the all white party and white people aren’t scared of Obama. Whites, blacks and other Americans are sick and tired of being sick and tired of Obama’s misguided policies.

If anyone is engaging in “otherization” politics, as Toure ranted, it’s Obama. From his days as a Senator, Obama put himself above everyone else, using his race to make people believe he was a special kind of black endowed with supernatural powers to heal America. What we’re seeing now is a man so absorbed in self, he can’t see he’s in over his head.

Another example of Obama’s stoking racial politics of “otherization,” was by his Truth Team surrogate Va. State Senator Louise Lucas, Va. State Senator Louise Lucas who accused Mitt Romney of speaking to folks “who don’t like a black man in the White House.” Racist talk is constantly flowing from Obama and his “Truth Team” not Mitt Romney.

I’ve been called nigger mostly by other blacks. In fact when I was in 2nd grade, I heard the word used at school by my black classmates and came home and called my little brother a nigger. My mother told me to never say it again and explained to me how heinous the word was and remains!

If MSNBC has any shred of decency, the network will fire Toure. Not only did he completely misrepresent Mitt Romney’s comments, he offended blacks like me, who’ve been called nigger and find the word both humiliating and disgusting. We know if Toure was white, the termination would have happened before the commercial break.

Mike Adams - I'm Telling Your Commie

Dear JW:

Thanks for writing to me. I also want to take a moment to thank you for sending an email to one of my Marxist bosses urging my censure for a recent column that I wrote. Among other things, you, a self-described liberal, allege that my column was racist. I think there are a few things you should have learned about racism, liberalism, and Marxism before you wrote your email. So today I’m taking time from my regular schedule to educate you. I do so because I’m a teacher. It’s what I get paid to do. Today’s lesson on racism, Marxism and morality comes in three parts. I’ll keep it as direct and relevant as possible. I hope you enjoy it.

Most liberals are racists in the classical sense.
You told one of my bosses that I am a racist because I wrote a parable featuring a black character who was a rapist. Alleging that blacks occasionally commit crimes like rape is not racism. Racism is actually a belief in the intellectual inferiority of other races. In this country, it is often a belief held by a white individual and directed at blacks as a group. What you fail to understand is that most of my liberal supervisors and liberal colleagues are racists in the classical sense. I’m not using the term “most” as in 51%. I would estimate the number to be around 90 or 95%. Let me explain.

The overwhelming majority of my colleagues support using race-based affirmative action here at this university. The form of affirmative action they support ads points directly to the SAT scores and GPAs of black students. The reason they support such an ad-on-point system for blacks (but not Asians) is pretty simple: they consider blacks (but not Asians) to be intellectually inferior and thus incapable of competing on an even playing field. They may say that SATs are “culturally biased.” But they make no similar claim that GPAs are “culturally biased.” It is just a liberal code phrase that means “too hard for black people.”

I disagree with my colleagues and supervisors. I believe that black/white performance differences would go away within a few years of eliminating affirmative action. I guess, I’m one of the few non-racists working here at the university.
Most liberals support institutional racism.
Liberals believe there are other forms of racism besides individual racism. Like individuals, they think institutions can be racist, too. For example, they think the criminal justice system advances “institutional racism.” Their reasoning is that the justice system incarcerates blacks disproportionately. According to them, that is racist even in the absence of individual intent. Unfortunately, they lose the moral high-ground by supporting abortion, which kills 51% of blacks while they are still in the womb.

It really doesn’t make much sense to me when you tell my liberal colleagues I’m a racist. I oppose the one procedure that is responsible for killing over half the black population. They vigorously support it. I think that’s why they are so eager to entertain accusations of racism.

To put things in perspective, there have been more blacks killed in abortion clinics than Jews killed in concentration camps. Maybe that’s why liberals use the term Nazi so often. It helps assuage the guilt as the body count climbs above and beyond human comprehension.
Regardless of the topic, Marxists have no real moral authority.
While most of the people I work with are liberal, the specific person to whom you complained is an avowed Marxist. While I might respect Marxists as individuals, I certainly do not respect their views on any given subject. The administrator to whom you complained advocates a Marxist revolution here in America. That’s all I really need to know in order to conclude that her moral advice is essentially meaningless.

Imagine if the aforementioned Marxist were to say “You really shouldn’t be doing that” (in reference to writing my often abrasive column). The obvious rejoinder would be “You really shouldn’t be doing that” (in reference to her advocacy of a Marxist revolution in America). For perspective, stop and look at the following list of 20th Century regimes that committed at least a million murders in the name of utopian Marxism:
  • China 65 million
  • USSR 20 million
  • North Korea 2 million
  • Cambodia 2 million
  • Afghanistan 1.5 million
  • Vietnam 1 million
(Author’s Note: the Marxist feminists are technically in second place with 53 million murders since Roe v. Wade).

If you advance a political philosophy that has killed that many people then you simply have no moral authority whatsoever. I would not even trust a Marxist to give me directions to the grocery store. Why on earth would I hand over my First Amendment rights to someone with such a murderous worldview?

In closing, the First Amendment protects the right to advocate the extermination of millions of black people in name of feminism. It also protects the right to advocate the slaughter of tens of millions in the name of Marxism. Surely it protects my right to pen an abrasive satire some liberals were not Swift enough to understand.

Jeannie DeAngelis - Barack Obama 'Acting Stupidly'

Originally posted at American Thinker
Without saying anything, Barack Obama's silence speaks louder than all his empty words. The President who likes to define himself as a champion of racial equality and promoter of civility has thus far stood by in silence as liberals attempt to lower the stature of Herman Cain by portraying him as a conservative version of Stepin Fetchit.

By failing to address the prejudicial remarks directed at Herman Cain, the President of the United States is revealing a side of himself that reeks of a form of discriminatory selectiveness that should further discredit his claim to be the purveyor of civility and racial justice.

Who can forget the President's response to the supposed prejudice leveled against Harvard University professor Henry Louis Gates? Without the benefit of all the information surrounding the incident, Barack Obama rushed before the cameras to publicly condemn Cambridge, Massachusetts police officer Joseph Crowley and insinuated that, due to the color of his skin, Gates was the target of racial profiling and victimized by 'stupidity' on the part of law enforcement.

Recently the President spoke at the dedication of the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial. It was there that he described Dr. King as "a black preacher with no official rank or title who somehow gave voice to our deepest dreams and our most lasting ideals, a man who stirred our conscience and thereby helped make our union more perfect."

Yet, while Herman Cain, a man who fits a similar description, is whacked by MSNBC analyst Karen Finney with a verbal billy club and drenched with a fire hose of mean-spirited rhetoric that described him as merely a "Black man who knows his place" - Barack Obama has remained silent.

Where is the President's usual predictable indignation? Why no public correction or call for mutual respect?

At the Martin Luther King Memorial dedication, in an attempt to portray himself as a great black leader, Obama didn't hesitate to put a self-referential spin on the narrative of Dr. King's life, saying: "Even after rising to prominence, even after winning the Nobel Peace Prize, Dr. King was vilified by many, denounced as a rabble rouser and an agitator, a communist and a radical."

Barack Obama had the temerity to place himself on the same level as Martin Luther King Jr. and yet, soon after, he stood by while left-wing pundits with zero content of character made racially humiliating comments about Herman Cain that were based solely on the color of his skin.

Thus far, Obama hasn't said a word. He has neither corrected, condemned, nor cited mentor Saul Alinsky, whom he quoted at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial dedication when he said, "We can't be discouraged by what is. We've got to keep pushing for what ought to be."

Maybe the President also believes that if a black American such as Herman Cain is a conservative, he should know his place and that, especially in politics, they are nothing more than a stereotype, a caricature.

When not diminishing the memory of Dr. King by pretending to be much like him, Barack spends some of his off time making the rounds collecting campaign contributions in Hollywood. In the meantime, liberal comedian David Letterman is on a mission to replace GW Bush with Herman Cain as the newest late-night-created Republican stammering idiot.

If any of the Letterman "Top Ten Signs Herman Cain's Campaign is in Trouble" were applied to Barack Obama, the left would be picketing the Ed Sullivan Theatre and demanding an Imus-style resignation. If the butt of Dave's jokes had been named Henry (as in Professor Henry Gates), Obama would never have stood for Letterman implying that Henry was "less fun-crazy and more crazy-crazy."

It doesn't end there either. In the name of fairness and economic equity the President, who insulted Tea Party activists by referring to them as racists and by using the vulgar sexual slang term "tea baggers" to describe American citizens, has yet to condemn the behavior taking place within the 'Occupy' movement.

So far, Obama has not disassociated himself from a protest infiltrated by prostitution, public masturbation, filth, violence, and people fighting over money, blankets and food, nor has he called for civility from a nationwide movement presently populated by ingrates that scream police brutality after defecating on the bumpers of squad cars.

Which brings us back to Obama's disingenuous attempt to convince people that he possesses a measure of righteousness that sets him apart from mere mortals.

When it benefited him politically and he wanted to paint the right as impolite, he hosted a civility conference in Tucson Arizona, quoted Scripture, and called for a measure of tolerance he demands for himself but is unwilling to extend to anyone else.

If Hollywood liberals promise to put cash in Obama's 2012 campaign coffers, he casually overlooks demeaning comments directed toward Herman Cain by asinine comedians because what would otherwise be viewed as racially-tinged humor may instead help advance his cause.

If a group of deadbeat derelicts squat in public parks and proceed to behave like savages, if the signs they carry support "sharing the wealth" and condemn the wealthy, and in time for the next election hold the promise of swaying the general public toward liberal policies, then by saying nothing the President, America's self-proclaimed purveyor of non-discrimination and equal rights, is condoning rape, racism, and barefaced anti-Semitism.

By exhibiting selective indignation and failing to address the negative racial remarks directed at potential presidential opponents, supporting the nationwide disgrace that is the 'Occupy' movement, and choosing to associate with liberal comedians who make Herman Cain the butt of racial jokes, President Barack Obama is proving he doesn't understand the responsibilities of his role, or understand his place as a leader.

BLACKS SUE OBAMA AND DEMOCRATS FOR RACIAL DISCRIMINATION

Seattle, WA. On September 11, 2011, blacks from the West Coast and the East Coast joined together and signed one of the most comprehensive legal briefs ever prepared on racial discrimination, then filed their brief today, September 12th, at 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time in US District Court in Seattle (Case No. C11 - 1503). The plaintiffs, who refer to the defendants as “Father of Racism,” allege that as an organization, the Democratic Party has consistently refused to apologize for the role they played in slavery and Jim Crow laws and for other subsequent racist practices from 1792 to 2011.

Rev. Wayne Perryman, a former Democrat himself and the lead plaintiff in this class action lawsuit, said he was inspired to file this action after seeing the recent movie The Help. The movie takes place in the region that was exclusively controlled by Democrats for more than 150 years (the South). Mrs. Frances P. Rice, the Chair of the National Black Republican Association is also a plaintiff in the lawsuit. Mrs. Rice is a resident of Sarasota, Florida and has lived in the South most of her life.

The case cites the collective work of over 350 legal scholars and includes Congressional records, case law, research from our nation's top history professors, racist statements from Democratic elected officials, citations from the Democrat's National Platforms regarding their support of slavery, excepts of speeches from Senator Obama, individual testimonies from blacks who lived in the Jim Crow South and opinions from the NAACP.

Perryman said President Obama was named as a defendant not only because he is the official leader of the Democratic Party, but because of certain statements he made about his own party in his book, Dreams from My Father. In 2009, the President was asked to issue an apology to blacks on behalf of his party, but he refused. Unlike other reparations lawsuits, this lawsuit merely asks for a public apology, but no monetary damages.

In the 40-page brief, Rev. Perryman tells the court that the Democratic Party, (the party that is quick to call the Tea Party and Republicans racist), is the same party that refuses to confess and/or acknowledge (in public and on their website) that they are the party that supported the institution that packed millions of black men, women and children in the deep dark hulls of slave ships with just barely enough food and water to keep them alive, and forced them to lie in their own urine, feces, and vomit for the duration of a long trip across the Atlantic.

And after arriving in America, it was the members of their party that forced these poor souls to work from sunup to sundown for the next 70 years and never paid them one dime. And when the black victims were fortunate enough to escape, it was the Democratic Party that passed Fugitive Slave laws to return them to their brutal slave masters. When their inhumane institution of slavery was challenged by the opposing party, Democrats countered by placing threats in their political platforms (1844-1856), - threatening anyone who dared to interfere with what they called, “the sectional issue of Domestic Slavery.”

In May 21, 1856, they carried out their threats when they attacked their opposition, Senator Charles Sumner with a walking cane on the Senate floor and when they attacked with guns, freed blacks and abolitionists on the streets of Lawrence, Kansas. Six years later, Democrats called themselves 'Confederates” and went to war killing thousands to defend and protect their racist institution of slavery.

After losing the war, they fought against constitutional amendments and civil rights legislation for blacks, and chose instead to form terrorist organizations, legislate Black Codes and Jim Crow Laws and support every landmark case that was designed to deny blacks their constitutional rights including the Slaughterhouse Case, Plessy v Ferguson, the Civil Rights Cases of 1881 to overturn the 1875 Civil Rights Act, and Brown v. the Board of Education. While many of these cases were pending, Democrats proudly adopted the name “The Party of White Supremacy” and committed every inhumane violent act known to mankind (from 1867 to 1977) to keep blacks in “their place.” And to add insult to injury, after killing millions of blacks through their racist institutions, they hired powerful attorneys to keep this information from blacks and to avoid apologizing to blacks.

Perryman said, “Any organization that has such a racist history and receives 97% of the African American vote (after doing all they could to deny blacks the right to vote), should willingly apologize without being forced do so through a lawsuit. He said, “I guess they feel they have nothing to apologize for.” Perryman went on to say that he is “convinced that Democrats will only apologize if the media, or the courts (with public pressure) will force them to do so. The man who authored the book: The Audacity of Hope, now has the “audacity” to refuse to apologize for his political party and their racist institutions, that took the lives of millions of his own people.
Apologies for Racism – Precedent Set

In the 40-page brief covering a period from 1792 to 2011, Perryman makes the following claims regarding past apologies for racism and racial injustices. Perryman said history reveals that an apology or reparation for blacks would not be an issue today had the Democratic President Andrew Johnson chosen to sign Senate Bill 60. Since Johnson’s veto of Senate Bill 60, the door for reparations involving racial injustices remained closed for over 120 years.

In 1988, Congress opened that door with the passage of the Civil Liberties Act of 1988. Under that new bill, Japanese internment victims received an apology plus $20,000 each in reparation pay. In 1993, the victims of the Rosewood, Florida Massacre received an apology and reparations from the State of Florida. On May 16, 1997, President Clinton issued an apology to the victims of the Tuskegee Experiment and paid the African American victims a total of $10,000,000 in reparations.
On February 7, 2005, the 109th Congress issued Senate Resolution 39 and apologized for not enacting lynching laws to protect those who were victims of lynching. In that resolution, Congress stopped short of acknowledging that all of the lynchings took place in regions controlled by Democrats.

And finally on January 20, 2007, the Executive Committee of the Democratic Party of North Carolina apologized for the 1898 riot and massacre that killed several black Republicans and drove them out of office.

Who is Rev. Perryman?
Rev. Perryman is the same Seattle minister who used his biblical research in 1994 to persuade the world's two largest Christian publishers and the Encyclopedia Britannica to apologize and remove the “Curse of Ham” theory from all of their publications. The curse theory had existed for over 500 years and was used by Southern Christians and Democrats to justify slavery and their mistreatment of blacks.

Obnoxious Protest at Successful Choice School

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program, and the students and staff at Messmer Preparatory Catholic School were all targets of an obnoxious protest on Friday, August 26, 2011.

From this report by the MacIver News Service, it is clear the protesters (Union members, socialists, MPS officals, liberal activists) could learn a lot by emulating the behavior of the children inside the school.
