Check out Regis Giles' common sense approach to carrying a weapon. Regis Giles is a leading young voice for Second Amendment Rights, self-defense and conservation. Her media appearances include: ELLE Magazine, The Daily Mail, ABC, CNN, & Fox News. Her website is http://girlsjustwannahaveguns.com/
Currently, there are four things that are really ticking me off.
They are:
Broccoli. What a foul devil-weed that over rated sprig is, eh?
Drivers who text while driving. I passed this metrosexual the other day in Miami on US1 who was swerving all over the road in his Prius like a gypsy on a three-day tequila bender. When I got up beside him, his nose was down, buried in his cell phone, drafting a text message at forty-five miles per hour. He was probably confirming an appointment to get his eyebrows threaded at JLo’s new salon in Midtown.
Lesbians who hate men but insist on looking like one are really getting on my nerves, also. What the heck, woman? If you love the ladies well then … please look like one. Follow Amber Heard’s lead and quit making it even more confusing for the children. Think. About. The children. No more Flobees. Or stretch pants. Thank you.
And
I hate the Left's knee-jerk infringement into our Second Amendment rights.
Case in point: earlier this week, New Jersey cops and the Department of Youth and Family Services raided a New Jersey family’s home after the DYFS saw a picture of their 11yr.old son holding a .22 rifle on Facebook
Yep, that’s what caused them to show up in Kevlar to this kid’s casa. A Facebook profile picture of him grinning from ear to ear and holding the .22 rifle his dad had just bought him for his birthday. Eee-gads! We can’t have that now, can we?
That photo of a maturing young lad holding his first rifle, which, by the way, has been commonplace since the development of the Daguerreotype, is what spawned an illegal search and attempted seizure of a private citizen’s private property. The Left is truly loosing what’s left of its bereft and fetid head.
However, as batty as they are becoming, we mustn’t allow for them to make us the bad guy and cease being normal people who enjoy normal freedoms like giving our kid a .22 for his birthday and taking a picture of it.
Matter of fact, I say that not only should we mildly oppose their Gestapo like opposition to our constitutional rights to keep and bear arms, but we should go the second step and cram up the very tailpipe that which they pooh-poohed this week; namely, take pics of our kids and grandkids holding their first rifle and show them loud and proud.
My daughter, Second Amendment activist and huntress, Regis Giles of GirlsJustWannaHaveGuns.com decided to rally support for this violated family and our nation’s distaste for DYFS and the NJ cops' unlawful behavior by calling her 50,000+ subscribers at GirlsJustWannaHaveGuns.com to submit a photo of their child or grandchild with a firearm of their choice.
According to Miss Giles, she will post the photos up on her website, starting Monday March 24th, for everyone and their dawg to see. She’s hoping that by doing this, we, the defiant people of the United-Don’t-Tread-On-Me-States of America, will send a much-needed, concerted message to the Department of Youth and Family Services and their ilk that if they want to pick on one of us, they’re going to have to pick on all of us.
Here is what she needs people to do:
Select a photo of your child/grandchild with a firearm.
Send it in an e-mail as an attachment to: updates@girlsjustwannahaveguns.com
Submit it by midnight Sunday, March 24th.
See it posted Monday on girlsjustwannahaveguns.com
It’s past time we ceased to be cowed by these haters of our 2nd Amendment rights. Screw them and the horse they rode in on.
Meet Amanda Collins, a University of Nevada, Reno Campus student, who was brutally raped in the same parking garage where campus police park their cruisers, less than 100 yards from the police station.
What is different about her, from the approximately 9 other students raped per day on college campuses throughout the United States, is that it happened near the police station and she had a concealed weapons permit which authorized her to carry a gun everywhere except on campus.
She maintains that it probably would not have happened had she been allowed to carry her concealed weapon.
What is worse, is that she is haunted by the knowledge that she was the first of three rapes and one murder which all could have been avoided.
Last week on Hannity a “Democratic Strategist” named Zerlina Maxwell told Sean and his audience that guns are not the proper deterrent to dissuade rapists, but rather “teaching men not to rape is the key”. When I heard that chunk of stupidity I blew apple juice out of my nostrils -- and I haven’t had any apple juice in the last eight years.
That’s what you call “strategy”, Zerlina? Man, I hope she advises the Dems in the upcoming midterms and in 2016, because she’s denser than a chunk of Turkish walnut.
First off, I don’t know what planet Maxwell hails from, but here on Mother Earth I would say, aside from certain countries influenced by the religion of peace, pretty much everyone and their dog knows it’s wrong to put a knife or gun up to a woman’s noggin and then forcibly molest her.
Secondly, I don’t think, from a viability standpoint, her plan is workable. Primarily, because no matter how much men are “trained not to rape women” our society counters that tutelage by fueling notions of entitlement and narcissism within an atmosphere of violence that’s saturated with porn, where if you don’t get what you want then you act out.
From Zerlina’s zinger of teaching men not to rape, we then move to the brilliance of a girl named “Liberal Chick” who, in order to eschew an “evil gun” firearm defense in rape situations, states that we should train boys to:
Play with dolls so they will learn to be gentle.
Avoid hunting, football and other macho stupid activities that lead to rape.
Be vegetarians and suppress their love of eating meat that also leads to rape.
Purchase Prius’s instead of big SUV’s, which we all know macho, stupid rapists drive.
Become gay, or at least metro sexual, so that as men they will be more delicate and complex.
Look, if I were a lass I’d tell both Zerlina and Liberal Chick, “No, gracias, senoritas”. Liberal Chick’s and Maxwell’s brain farts are right up there with Democratic Congressman Salazar’s “rape whistle” and University of Colorado’s “pee your pants” prevention in molestation situations.
Given our malevolent milieu, here are three ditties that’ll greatly decrease your chances of getting raped, ladies.
Hone your BS Detector. The BS detector is essentially that little voice inside your head telling you to listen to the little voice inside your head. It’s an internal salvific alarm alerting you to dangerous situations. If you hone your BS Detector and listen to it when it starts screaming at you, you’ll be safer.
Become an expert in self-defense. In this violent environment you’re crazy to play the damsel in distress. Learn to kick some ass. Take formal training, throughout your life, as much as you can, by the best of the best.
Get a gun. Forget rape whistles, pepper spray and screaming for help. Get a firearm, sister. It is the great equalizer. A 5’1” petite coed with a Colt Python or a pump 20-guage, who knows how to use it, is a scary girl indeed. Think Lara Croft.
The thing that’s truly pathetic and evil is that Maxwell and her Leftist cabal, in order to forward their anti-gun agenda, will table such unworkable, scat-based nonsense to the very women they claim to champion.
New York State Assemblyman Steve McLaughlin revealed other measures that were removed from the final bill that was eventually signed into law.
These 15 measures were pulled from the final bill: 1. Confiscation of "assault weapons"
2. Confiscation of ten round clips
3. Statewide database for ALL Guns
4. Continue to allow pistol permit holder's information to be replaced to the public
5. Label semiautomatic shotguns with more than 5 rounds or pistol grips as "assault weapons”
6. Limit the number of rounds in a magazine to 5 and confiscation and forfeiture of banned magazines
7. Limit possession to no more than two (2) magazines
8. Limit purchase of guns to one gun per person per month
9. Require re-licensing of all pistol permit owners
10. Require renewal of all pistol permits every five years
11. State issued pistol permits
12. Micro-stamping of all guns in New York State
13. Require licensing of all gun ammo dealers
14. Mandatory locking of guns at home
15. Fee for licensing, registering weapons

Boy, the anti-gun goobers were out in full force this past week giving us plebeians the down low on what we “need” to protect ourselves during everything from home invasions to rape situations. It was like listening to Obama talk about economics or Roseanne Barr gloss smoothly on the importance of Southern etiquette in marital conflicts.
I heard so much horse scat coming from the left last week regarding self-defense that I am now befuddled as to whom I should give my “Are You Blanking Kidding Me” award to. Damn you, tyranny of many options. Damn you!
First on the stooge list of bad ideas for self-defense is one, Jose Salazar, Democrat lawmaker (God, help us) from Colorado who decided to unfurl how dumb he thinks women are and how much he doesn’t care about them in one fell swoop. And boy did he dunk it, folks. Boom!
Now, before I proceed, allow me to say that if I were a woman – and I’m not (but I do like Kate Hudson films) – but if were a lass, I’d tell gun-grabbing democrats to kiss my Pilates because they do not care about your person or family and would rather y’all be a sitting duck to demented perps. Oh well, what can you expect from a party that supports Planned Parenthood.
Back to Dufus Salazar.
Question: Did you hear the sputum Salazar spewed last week regarding what ladies should do in a rape altercation? Democratic Congressman Mr. Salazar, told college girls, among other unreasonable things last week, to whistle if they think they’re getting raped verses carrying a gun and drawing down on the dipstick.
The reason he argued for the whistle defense is essentially because you ladies are, in his estimation, emotional basket cases who cant discern if you’re a). about to get raped or b). about to be asked directions to the gym. And with that sagacious guidance, Jose made Todd Akin sound like Sandra Fluke. Or is it Fluck? Fluke, I don’t know.
Blow a whistle, Salazar? Who are you? Lauren Bacall? “If you want me, just whistle?”
Look ladies, the only thing that blows is Salazar’s advice. Forgive me, but if I were a chick and some lech lurched for one of my puppies, the only whistling noise anyone would hear would be made by an incoming 90grain, .380 bullet heading for Chester the Molester’s vitals.
1. Be realistic about your ability to protect yourself.
2. Your instinct may be to scream, go ahead! It may startle your attacker and give you an opportunity to run away.
3. Kick off your shoes if you have time and can’t run in them.
4. Don’t take time to look back; just get away.
5. If your life is in danger, passive resistance may be your best defense.
6. Tell your attacker that you have a disease or are menstruating.
7. Vomiting or urinating may also convince the attacker to leave you alone.
8. Yelling, hitting or biting may give you a chance to escape, do it!
9. Understand that some actions on your part might lead to more harm.
10. Remember, every emergency situation is different. Only you can decide which action is most appropriate.
I’m too gobsmacked to even queue up a cheeky quip for that crapola. Tell ‘em you’re menstruating? Wow. How about #11: walk around with pig blood on you like Carrie at the prom?
Suffice it to say ladies that I’d much rather have a loaded, purty gun.
And lastly, we come to Vice President Joe Biden who told a Facebook forum that for home defense we don’t need an AR-15 but we should all get a double barrel shotgun and simply fire it in the air, off the balcony, if we believe our homes are being invaded.
In all fairness to Mr. Biden, the shotgun is the ultimate showstopper for home defense. If I was a Hamburglar I’d much rather deal with a 55 grain, .223 round in my chest versus having no chest at all after being hit with a heavy, high brass, duck load out of a 12 gauge goose gun.
That said, however, the 2nd Amendment is in the Bill of Rights not the Bill of Needs and if we want an AR-15 to defend our castle then it is our right to choose. Yes, I said it. I’m pro-choice. Joe’s counsel is fraught with many foibles, chief amongst them is the aforementioned: it is our right to choose which weapon we’d like cover our backside, not what big government green lights.
And with that I’d like to announce that my little website, ClashDaily.com, is giving away, to a lucky subscriber, an AR-15. Register now and you might win this lovely weapon.
To make everyone happy, you can call it your whistle. Or how about calling it Whistler Mother? Registration is free. Good luck.
Rabbi Dovid Bendory clearly explains how all man-made laws that promote gun control are contrary to God's law, and have abetted the persecution and slaughter of Jews throughout the centuries.
Katie Francis is one of the youngest female junior shooters in the circuit. At only 13-years-old, she has already accomplished more than most. Her father, Sergeant First Class Chad Francis, bought her a .22 when she was 9-years-old. At the age of 10, she got her first buck, an 8-point, with an AR-15. Today, the ambitious teenager has her sights set high, and counts the possibility of making an Olympic appearance as one of her goals.
NRA News profiles Amanda Collins, a rape victim with a very important message about the right to carry concealed weapons on college campuses - NRA News - November 30, 2011
Rep. Joe Salazar, D-Thornton, was criticized for comments he made Monday in defense of a bill to prevent concealed weapon carry on college campuses. From a published video:
“There are some gender inequities on college campuses. This is true. And universities have been faced with that situation for a long time. That’s why we have call boxes. That’s why we have safe zones. That’s why we have the whistles. Because you just don’t know who you’re going to be shooting at. And you don’t know, if you feel like you’re going to be raped, or if you feel like someone’s been following you around, or if you feel like you’re in trouble and when you may actually not be, that you pop out that gun and you pop, pop around at somebody.”
Malkin said she has seen similar passive defense recommendations on other colleges’ websites, such as Oregon State University, State University of New York and University of Wisconsin. But advising women to arm themselves is a self-defense tip Malkin said is missing.
“It’s this nanny-state paternalism that I think is extremely dangerous to women,” Malkin said. “The idea that women can’t be trusted to make their own self-defense choices, that was the message that Joe Salazar sent, and it’s the message that a lot of these anti-gun college administrators send.”
Malkin said she supports concealed carry on campuses and wants to make sure her own daughter is comfortable protecting herself with a gun.
“I support freedom of choice when it comes to self-defense methods,” she said. “Unlike a lot of these democratic men, I don’t think women should only have whistles, call boxes and ball-point pens to defend themselves against violent sexual predators.”

Barack Obama, Bill Clinton and all other elite politicians trying to marginalize the law-abiding, average American must never forget that they work for us.
Gayle Trotter makes the case that mothers like her need guns to protect themselves and their children. Sean Hannity and Gayle discussed how the gun rights debates affect women and the elderly. Trotter maintained that women and the elderly should be able to defend themselves “with all the means necessary” when faced with intruders.

"I am passionate about the 2nd Amendment, particularly because I'm a mother. I'm a thirty-something year old woman with a 3 year old and a nursing newborn. Without my concealed weapon, I wouldn't be able to protect myself against an assailant that seeks to do me or my family harm.
Five bullets fired from a .38 revolver weren't enough for a Georgia mother of two to stop one intruder last week in an unexpected home invasion--what if there had been more intruders?
It often takes several shots to stop one attacker. If the maximum magazine capacity is 10 (or if all semiautomatic handguns are banned, but 6 shot revolvers remain), and a woman in danger has to stop and reload her weapon while trying to protect her children (who are likely hysterical at this point), it gives the bad guy an opportunity to react--potentially fatally.
Laws limiting magazine capacity and availability of semiautomatic handguns will directly impact women, who use these weapons for self-defense inside and outside the home. Any executive action by President Obama to restrict guns will limit a women's capability to fight back against attackers and protect herself and her family.
The bottom line is that guns are used for lawful self-defense every day. Sadly, they also used for illegal violence every day. But enacting laws that further restrict or ban law-abiding citizens’ access to firearms does nothing to address violent crime. It merely disarms the good guys."
