Planned Parenthood and Liberals claim that NONE of the Federal 300 million Tax Payer dollars that is given to Planned Parenthood Yearly is used for abortions.

Liberals are saying if that Tax Payer money is stripped from Planned Parenthood, NO safe and Legal abortions will be available???

Which is it Liberals?

Does Planned Parenthood use Federal Tax Payer dollars for abortions or NOT?
