It's sad, but true. The race card is on full display once again as lawmakers on the left say that those that disagree with the president's new anti-gun plans, well, they must be racist.

A dozen female members of the House staunchly defended U.N. ambassador Susan Rice against Republican criticism over her remarks on the deadly Sept. 11 Libya attack, suggesting the GOP lawmakers’ comments were racist and sexist.

“It is a shame that anytime something goes wrong, they pick on women and minorities,” Rep. Marcia Fudge, D-Ohio, the next chairwoman of the Congressional Black Caucus, told reporters Friday at a Capitol Hill news conference.

The Radical left has absolutely nothing left when they pull the race card. Susan Rice is a failure and has no business even being considered to replace Hillary Clinton.

Star Parker - NAACP Plantation Masters Play Race Card Again

Rick Santorum must be “racist” because he thinks all people, regardless of ethnicity, should have the dignity of self sufficiency.

At least that’s how the NAACP sees it.

Talking about pushing back against those in government endlessly trying to expand welfare programs because they make money off them, Santorum said, “I don’t want to make black people’s lives better by giving them somebody else’s money; I want to give them the opportunity to go out and earn the money.”

NAACP president Benjamin Todd Jealous called this “…outrageous...race-based stereotypes about public assistance.”

Santorum was talking about Medicaid. The more states expand their Medicaid programs, the more federal funds they get. So they have a perverse incentive to keep growing these programs.

It is unfortunately analogous to drug pushers who get richer with each new addict.

If indeed Santorum did single out blacks, it’s not unreasonable because they are disproportionately on Medicaid. Blacks comprise 12 percent of the population but they constitute 30 percent of those on Medicaid.

Medicaid is government monopolized socialized medicine for the nation’s poor.

Not surprisingly, its spending is out of control while delivering increasingly shoddy care.

The program cost taxpayers $118 billion in 2000. By 2010 it was almost $300 billion and is projected to reach almost $500 billion by 2020.

Forty percent of physicians won’t see Medicaid patients because the reimbursements they get don’t cover their costs.

According to studies reported in the Wall Street Journal, the chances of a Medicaid patient dying in the hospital are double that of patients on private insurance and Medicaid patients are 59 percent more likely to have complications after heart surgery than privately insured patients.

Now it’s about to get worse. Despite over 60 million Americans now on this program that is bankrupting states and delivering substandard health care, Obamacare expands it to add another 16 million.

Given the disproportionate exposure of black Americans to this horrific program, wouldn’t anyone who cares about these folks want to seek better options for them?

Not the NAACP.

The NAACP wants to keep Medicaid as it is and opposes efforts to reform it to improve its efficiency.

One idea floated to fix the built in state incentives to keep spending more is to switch to federal block grants to states. NAACP calls this “extremist.”

Besides fighting reforms to improve dysfunctional poverty and entitlement programs, NAACP fights efforts to address the core problems that perpetuate the cycle of poverty in black America.

For instance, education. More and more blacks are getting the message that inner city public schools are beyond repair and that the only hope for black children is competition. Give parents choice with vouchers, tax credits, or combinations thereof, to go to other schools.

But the NAACP can always be depended on to initiate or join law suits fighting charter schools and vouchers, as they did in New York City earlier this year.

Despite the crisis of breakdown of the traditional black family, NAACP promotes same sex marriage as a civil rights issue. Despite half of black pregnancies ending in abortion, NAACP opposes anti-abortion activism of black pro-life groups.

Any well meaning white conservative like Rick Santorum, honest enough to state the truth about the destructiveness of welfare state programs on black Americans, can look forward to a press release from the NAACP calling him or her “racist” or the equivalent.

They then have to spend weeks doing media to apologize and carry the stigma forever.

There is no reason to apologize for telling the truth. Failing to do only so, or apologizing, just hurts blacks and the whole nation and leaves the sharp weapon of racial intimidation always ready for use in the hands of the plantation masters.

Lurita Doan - 2012 - The Year the Can Kicks Back

President Obama may best be known as the president who took kicking the can down the road to new, unimagined levels. Obama has demonstrated an unusual ability to delay decision-making, to obfuscate issues, to divert attention from matters of critical importance, and his preference to take half measures when pushed to the brink is now well known. Obama is the Grand Master of Kicking the Can Down the Road.

But in 2012 that seems likely to change—the can is going to kick back.

The problems besetting our nation can only be ignored and obfuscated for so long—and the past three years of the Obama Administration shows that things have gone about as far as they can go.

Here are some likely can kicking back scenarios.

• Young adults and college-aged students get angry. Bad as matters may be for taxpayers, small businesses and minorities under the Obama Administration, matters are far worse for young adults who have the highest unemployment rates, both short-term and sustained, and little hope, in the short-term of improvement. College student loan rates have reached legendary highs and with parents who are also either unemployed, overextended credit-wise and facing diminished retirement savings, these young adults are facing a tsunami of debt in the upcoming years. Soon, these young adults are going to wake up to the realization that the added $4 trillion dollars in indebtedness, courtesy of the Obama Administration, must be paid back by their generation. Team Obama has falsely promised an ever-expanding set of entitlements that the country can’t afford and the young are left with the bill. The young adult population, which almost overwhelmingly voted for Obama in the last election, are going to wake up to the unhappy realization that Obama’s promise of “hope and change” is really just host and chains—a 21st century version of parasitic slavery—with young Americans enslaved by debt. That can will kick back fiercely and the inter-generational animosity, aware of Obama’s unfair wealth redistribution plan that forces the next generation (and most likely the one after that too) to pay the costs of this generations fecklessness--will be fierce.
  
  
• The economy does not recover. Small business owners and entrepreneurs who have been the brunt of many of Obama’s attacks, through excessive regulation and increased fees and taxes, are not able to ignite the American job machine as they have in the past. Small businesses account for 3 out of every 4 jobs created in the United States, but Obama persists in demonizing these work-horses of the American economy. Obama’s attempts to incite class warfare (and other examples such as Harry Reid’s determination to ignore the contributions of business owners in this country) may cause this “can” to kick back. Already, the reports are in that show that during 2011 there were less IPOs than in the past 10 years. IPOs, while not the sole indicator of success, are an indicator of the state of small businesses and entrepreneurship in this country since IPOs are one of the ways that businesses obtain access to capital, measure growth and financing for long-term enterprise expansions. Even in the federal market, small businesses are being hit hard as surveys show that in 2011, there were far fewer, first-time, entries into the government contracting arena and that far fewer small businesses provided first-time goods and services to the federal government.


• The can could also kick back over Obama Administration scandals—of which there is a large menu—but where “Fast and Furious” and “green contracting” endeavors such as the bankrupted Solyndra top the list. Americans should expect that these are just the tip of the iceberg of bad Obama Administration policies in action. And, Americans should also expect that the oversight from congressional committees such as the House Oversight committee led of Chairman Darryl Issa will be fair, measured and balanced but will undoubtedly uncover even more egregious excesses from the Obama Administration’s partisan politicking and crony capitalism.

A new EPA leader will be required. Americans for three years have watched an assault on job creation and economic growth in a quixotic effort to achieve dubious environmental goals. Yet somehow, Obama has not been held accountable for the many weird decisions (attempts to kill of coal fired power plants, regulatory maze to prevent the exploration of oil and gas are just two). Our nation needs a coherent energy plan that allows for safe production of oil, gas, coal, and nuclear power as well. The biggest impediment to developing such a plan is the EPA’s extremist environmental views that now intrude on every aspect of American lives and has been given expanded powers to regulate our every breath of air. The path we are now on is just plain crazy.

Lastly, 2012 should see the can—finally--kicking back on Obama’s tendency to define as “racist” any voiced disapproval to his ill-thought, ill-executed policies. The United States is a nation that has elected its first minority president, a nation that provides more supplemental assistance to minorities than any other country in the world, and should not be labeled “racist” by the very man benefitting from the open-mindedness of the American people.

Obama needs to understand that it is not the “color of his skin” that causes problems with the American people, but, rather, the “content of his character”, that leads him to disrespect the first principles that have made this the greatest nation on this earth, that causes the push-back from many Americans.

No other President in American history has been so determined to avoid pressing issues, to delay until tomorrow the unpleasant, and heap the costs and bills to be paid on the next generation--all because Obama is not able to summon the leadership required.

Obama has taken can kicking to “unprecedented” levels during the past three years. You’d think, by now, his foot would be tired.

But, watch out Obama—2012 is the year when the can kicks back.

Kevin McCullough - Why Obama Will Go Racist Against Romney

A lot has been said by those who believe the GOP has no choice but to nominate Mitt Romney for general election candidacy against incumbent President Barack Obama.

Those who have argued in favor of such a position are naive, and should fully consider many ramifications in attempting to brainwash the constituency before a single primary vote has been cast.

Realizing that some in Republican circles were trying to circumvent the voters in the process (not naming Ann Coulter specifically), I feel it's important to state some things publicly that such voices have failed to mention.

"A race war is coming if Romney is the nominee."

There: it has been said.

Now let me explain why. But before I do let me also state some things I know to be absolutely true.

I do not now, nor have I ever believed that Governor Romney, his beautiful family, or anyone associated with his campaign are racists, either overtly or covertly. My interaction with Governor Romney, the several times he's been on my show or with me in person, he has spoken in every sense about the good that needs to be done for all Americans, everywhere, regardless of their condition, birthright, or skin color.

But hear me on this point: Team Obama, headed by David Axelrod, has already plotted one of the most sinister whisper campaigns to ever touch an American election.

It will look something like the following.

If Governor Romney wins the nomination, Team Obama will set their plan into motion. It will begin with a series of private inquiries into Governor Romney’s religion. Team Obama will suggest to national broadcast networks (the mainstream media) that their investigative reporters do a series of backgrounders on the religious history of the family faith that shapes the first Mormon's nomination for President.

Out of the blue, CBS, NBC, ABC, PBS, CNN, and MSNBC will do "in-depth" chronologies of the history of the Mormon Church. They will unearth "discoveries" that will garner print attention regarding the beliefs surrounding slaves of Joseph Smith. They will likely cite that he stood with pro-slavery movements in Missouri, before he was against them. They will also very much zone in on the inability for black people, or as the church literature puts it, "people of African descent" were prevented or at the minimum frustrated from becoming members of Mormon congregations for most of the church's early days.

They will go into great detail as to how the early Mormon beliefs held that black people were Lamanites, according to the Book of Mormon a group of people who were "dark" because of their rebellion against God. Words like "the mark of blackness" (which still exist in the Book of Mormon) were intended to tell of a person or people of "blackness" who were on a path of unrepentant destruction. Theories of the "curse" of dark skin, and all that "curse" could be understood to mean will be bandied about on talk shows.

Finally, Brian Williams, Scott Pelley, and Diane Sawyer will introduce news packages that examine "very carefully" the entire idea of why it took Mormons until 1978 to allow "people of African descent" to participate fully in their faith, and even then only after a "revelation."

The major media newsers will ask, "What kind of revelation did it require if the rest of the nation had settled the full issue of civil rights first in the 1870's and then again in the 1960's?"

Please note carefully that many of these news pieces will likely not even mention Governor Romney's name, and if they do, many will be in a very cursory manner. But the damage will be done because of Axelrod's second piece to the puzzle.

Ready to pounce, Obama minions--armed with the best e-list in political history--will see to it that those reports will go viral by way of web replays. Every major urban area and all the supposed "civil rights leaders" in each city will communicate with leading clergy, community, and inner city leaders. Within days, not weeks, but days of Romney securing the nomination the whispering campaign on the streets will be, "You know Romney's a Mormon, and you know how much they hate black people--sorry--I meant people of African descent."

Mormonism's natural schism with Christianity will also put Black Evangelicals in a tough spot and while the inclination would be to be more enthusiastic if an Evangelical or even Catholic were the nominee, the dual "problem" of Mormonism will suppress turnout, and possibly prevent a 2-3% swing in the black vote in 2012. That swing will be necessary to replicate Bush totals amongst blacks in 2004 and to give the GOP nominee a chance at victory.

Axelrod's whisper campaign will not make headlines, it will travel almost exclusively through back channels in ethnic communities from suburb to city, and it will propel Barack Obama to a second term by the narrowest of margins.

It will be irrational.

It will be illogical.

It will be based on more falsehood than truth.

And it will be effective...

Conservatives and Republicans were natural allies of black voters during reconstruction. Post civil war Republican chapters were largely dominated and peopled by former slaves, and in less than twenty years following slavery's end, multiple former slaves served as Congressional representatives as Republicans.

Couple that with the fact that the Ku Klux Klan was originated, advanced, defended, and arrogantly boasted of by exclusively Democrats, and one would think that a thoughtful black vote today would run as far and as fast as possible in the opposite direction.

Unfortunately, few votes cast by African Americans in the modern era are thoughtful. And because President Obama and David Axelrod know this better than most, and because they know how easily manipulated mass numbers of African American voters are today, they will have no issues whatsoever going racist against Mitt Romney, should he become the GOP nominee.

It also should not surprise us that they are even now laying the foundation for this attack, as Democratic strategist Tad Devine did this week in "The Hill."

This problem is not a small one. Axelrod and Obama are already executing this game plan. And Republican voters owe it to themselves to pick the best nominee in accordance to their values. Republicans should also ferociously push back on false claims of racism. More than anything, Republicans should systematically engage in political evangelism with African Americans they know, to discuss tax policy, earnings and savings appreciation, and demonstrate why another four years of Obama will hurt them worse than they are hurting now.

There will be some who think this entire explanation defies seriousness. Some talk-radio hosts may say so. Some best-selling authors who are attempting to convince GOP voters to give up before the race even begins may dismiss it out of hand. But they would be wrong!

And though I'm sure it will get me in trouble...

It had to be said!

Now the question remains: what will you do?

Robin of Berkely - Black Privilege

One of my friends voluntarily attended an event recently, one that I wouldn't go to for a million bucks (well, maybe a million bucks). It was called Erasing White Privilege.

My friend, whom I'll call Andrea, sat in a room with other whites on one side, and people of color on the other. Then the whites sheepishly confessed any real or imagined offenses perpetuated against a person of color.

After the whites tried to atone for their guilt, the people of color got involved: yelling at them, preaching, and discharging much rage. Andrea's rendition of the events reminded me of those angerfests that were popular in the '70s.

Back then, people would pay to be in encounter groups, where they'd holler and smack each other with foam bats. The idea was that by releasing anger, everyone would feel better.

But guess what the research eventually found? By raging at another person (whether he deserves it or not), our anger doesn't dissipate; it grows. And the deleterious effects are not just emotional. Blood pressure rises and muscle tension increases, promoting hypertension and musculoskeletal pain.

But the studies don't matter; these days it's all about white guilt and minority rage. And the endgame isn't reconciliation and racial healing. We're living in a creepy age where revenge is the order of the day, where the left wants to seize power under the lofty guise of justice.

Personally, I have never had a moment of white guilt in my life. Now this is a significant statement given that I am Jewish and from New York. I feel guilty about pretty much everything!

But I feel guilty about what I do -- or don't do. If I inadvertently hurt a friend's feelings, if I am ill-mannered to a clerk, if I disappoint my husband, I can find myself drowning in a sea of guilt and shame.

But guilt because of the color of my skin? Guilt because some white person in 1960s Selma, Alabama refused to allow a black person into his restaurant? Guilt because while my relatives were being raped and pillaged in Russia, a small minority of white people owned slaves (as did, by the way, some free slaves)? I might as well feel guilty about the train wreck that is Casey Anthony simply because she and I share the same race, gender, and sexual orientation.

The idea of collective guilt is not just absurd; it's evil. It's saying that all Jews were bad because some may have committed some injustice in Germany, circa l940. It's saying that all Israelis are responsible if someone injures a Palestinian. Or that all whites are culpable for the actions of others 50 or 150 years ago. Collective guilt is a notion that is so laser-focused on race, it is actually racist.

It's also anti-God because no legitimate religion preaches culpability based on race or gender. According to Hinduism and Buddhism, we each reap what we sow karmically. Christians and Jews believe in individual accountability for sins on Judgment Day.

Of course, many religions have twisted things around, with liberal churches and synagogues promoting the notion of white guilt. There's a reason for this: it's safer to hide behind the behavior of an entire race than stand naked before God. I sure wouldn't want to be Bill Ayers or Bernadine Dohrn the day they arrive at the Pearly Gates (if they make it there at all).

It's so much easier to merge with the crowd, to assume that God will be placated by über-recycling. How sobering to realize that we will one day be judged by our character and our faith -- not whether we voted for Obama.

But if this age is all about guilt and confession, I have a burning question. Why isn't everyone required to confess their political sins? If I'm supposed to sit in a room, and tearfully confess, Oprah-style, about every judgmental thought I've ever had, why aren't people of color required to do the same?

Frankly, I wouldn't mind an apology from the black kids in middle school who taunted and threatened me because of the color of my skin. I'd like a big "I'm sorry" from the gangs of black girls in high school who, enraged by forced busing, mowed me down in the hallway. And for when I went to the Arab Market in Israel as a teenager and seven different Arab men, in seven separate incidents, grabbed my private parts, I'm more than ready to hear an apology.

And I'm also waiting with bated breath for apologies from the following: the black dude in pre-Giuliani Manhattan who fondled me in a similar way; the black man in Berkeley who mugged me, leaving me with a black eye and broken nose to die (I didn't) in the middle of the street; and the countless black men in Berkeley who have called me a "f___g white b___" when I didn't give them spare change.

But I don't want an apology because of white privilege or black privilege, or any such nonsense -- but because it is wrong to molest, mug, or otherwise violate another human being -- no exceptions! This has nothing to do with race but everything to do with about human decency and consideration.

But in Obama's America, there's little human decency to be found. The rules have changed, and they consist of the new three Rs: rage, revenge, and reparations. And this malignant game of Blaming Whitey will go on and on until we call it what it is (hate), walk away from the table, and refuse to play.
